It realizes uniform feeding, precise chopping and automatic grading, and can flexibly adjust the particle size to meet various production needs. Core Working Principle
Materials are discharged evenly from the hopper, then conveyed by the conveyor belt to the chopping mechanism for cutting. After chopping, the materials are classified by vibration to obtain granules of the required specifications. The reciprocating speed of the cutting knife is constant; by adjusting the conveyor belt speed to change the number of times the material is sheared, the particle size can be easily controlled.
